לא, הוא לא חובבן. זה מסד הנתונים שכולם שואבים ממנו את המידע. הוא מתעדכן אונליין ברגע שהשופטים מזינים את דוחות השיפוט אליו. אם יש טעות בו אז זה בגלל שהשופט לא הזין נכון, מה שלרוב לא קורה.
